Francis Rodrigues is an effective business leader, with strong strategic, innovative and transformational mindset. He has a rich experience of 13+ years in Sales, Strategy, Analytics and Innovation spanning across Consumer durables, FMCG and BFSI sectors.
He currently heads Innovation, Data Labs and Business Insights at HDFC Life, and focuses on leveraging predictive modelling, data science and AI to create true business impact across the value chain of the company. He directs and oversees the development, implementation, and optimization of all analytics and machine learning driven solutions that form an integral part of key customer facing processes in the organization.
From his vast experience, Francis had developed significant expertise in translating business challenges and using advanced analytics and machine learning models to find effective solutions, which drive incremental business growth and profitability.
Francis is an MBA from NMIMS (Mumbai) and a CFA charterholder from CFA Institute, Virginia USA. Prior to this, he had completed his Bachelors of Engineering degree in Electronics (Mumbai University).
