During last nine years at IBM, he has held many global marketing roles that includes account-based marketing for Fortune 500 companies, product launch strategy and demand generation. His idea “Cognitive insight Hub for retailers” was awarded in 2016 as one of the top 10 ideas from 2700 ideas submitted in IBM’s first ever global cognitive-AI build contest. He was awarded in 2011 with IBM CMO Forward Thinker Award and he is also an alumni of 2013 IBM marketing leadership program. In May 2019, he was awarded with top exemplary Mentors of Change for Atal Innovation Mission by Govt of India’s Niti Aayog. He mentors young students in design thinking and product ideation, promoting STEM education through Atal Tinkering Labs. He holds a MBA degree in marketing and information systems from ITM Business School in 2000.
