Jyoti Deswal is a young business leader with expertise across Indian Retail and E-commerce Industry. Jyoti currently serves as the Head of Etail & Large Format Retail Business (LFR) for Lenovo India.

Jyoti has an Executive MBA in Sales & Marketing from IIM Calcutta, Post Graduate Program in Retailing and Marketing Management (PGPRMM) from Birla institute of Management & Technology.

Coming from a humble background, Jyoti has achieved a remarkable growth in last 15 years as professional. She has grown from a management trainee to the Head of LFR & Etail business at Lenovo India in just over a decade driven by hard work and result oriented performance. She is responsible for the P&L of both the RTMs which contributes to 50% of overall Lenovo consumer business.

Under her leadership, Lenovo LFR & Etail business has witnessed consistent 20+% compounded growth year on year and all of this leading to Lenovo becoming a strong no # 2 brand in market.

Lenovo is one of the fastest growing brands with all major retail & etail partners.
