As the Chief Marketing officer and Brand Custodian of Cigniti Sairam oversees the planning and execution of the organization's strategic marketing programs, develops the long-term charter towards Cigniti's digital play, and helps enhance Cigniti's mindshare as a preferred services provider and thought leader amongst Cigniti's customers, partners, analysts, media, investors, influencers and employees across the 24 countries. He also works on the Corporate development and M&A activities at Cigniti . Within 9 months of re-joining Cigniti in 2022, He has successfully re-branded and re-positioned Cigniti to become the World's leading AI-Led Digital assurance and Digital engineering services company from being a pure play software testing and quality assurance company. As the brand custodian at Cigniti, he also is responsible for Cigniti's CSR and Sustainability program charters. He is an award-winning, global marketing, branding, corporate strategy and digital engineering industry thought leader. Sairam brings over 23 years of experience with a deep understanding of technologies, solutions and IP-led solutions. He was recognized and awarded by BBC Knowledge Series, CMO Asia, World Marketing Congress from 2014-21 and Enterprise IT , Paul Writer for demonstrating impactful global marketing leadership consistently and was an external advisor with Bain & Company.

Sairam was earlier the global CMO at Innominds, where he successfully re-positioned the brand from being an ISV-centric product engineering services player to a platform-led AI-first enterprise focused digital engineering and transformation services provider. Prior to Innominds, he was the global CMO of Kore.ai, a market leader in enterprise conversational AI platform space. Prior to Kore.ai, in his first stint at Cigniti from 2021-17, he held the role of VP and Global Head of Marketing and Inside Sales. Prior to this he has held senior roles at Pramati, Imaginea (acquired by Accenture) Apere (acquired by Citrix), CTO's office at CA Technologies and HCL

Sairam holds a Master's degree in Computer Technology from CIT, Coimbatore, an Executive Masters program in management from IIM-Kozhikode, he completed a Leadership program for young leaders in joint association with Harvard and CA technologies. He is also an angel investor in EV, AI, Deeptech and multiple SaaS startups, an avid blogger, industry speaker and teaches at multiple educational institutions.
