mobilizing high performance teams and uniting brand building alongside demand generation. With a
penchant for building brands, storytelling and creating memorable customer experiences, Sarina has
furnished a reputation for building strong, skilled and talented teams that are effective in achieving
business objectives.
Sarina has worked and excelled at prestigious luxury brands such as ITC, Oberoi Hotels, Taj Hotels, and
Knight Frank. Through her extensive background in the hospitality industry and marketing luxury and
lifestyle, she has gained valuable insights in providing outstanding customer experiences. As a brand
custodian, she has developed The Club Mumbai as India's first exclusive private membership club right
from inception.
Sarina forayed into prime real estate at Knight Frank which extended her the opportunity to market iconic
brand residences like The Aman New York, Waldorf Astoria New York, OWO Raffles London, The Royal
Atlantis Dubai and Palms Jumeriah; and position Knight Frank as a preferred International Property
Consultancy in India.
Sarina is passionate about people and Relationship Marketing and through the expanse of her career she
has built strong market relations with India's HNI and UHNI personalities.
Recognizing the emergence and relevance of digital marketing, Sarina has woven a formidable Digital
Brand Marketing Strategy, achieving effectiveness on digital platforms and social media. Her content
creation acumen unleashes the power of employee engagement, internal communication, and employer
value proposition endeavors, fortifying employer branding.
Currently at Oberoi Realty, Sarina has created brand propositions for multiple marquee projects and the
master brand. She leads teams in Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Corporate Communications, and
Pre Sales. By developing narratives aligned with company goals to boost external visibility, employer
branding, and employee value proposition, Sarina has enhanced the company reputation and exhibited
leadership through impactful storytelling.
Sarina completed her Bachelor's in Hospitality from Manipal University and holds an MBA with a
specialization in Marketing.
Her twin duties as an Adjunct Faculty member and Board of Studies member at MAHE (previously Manipal
University) demonstrate her persistent commitment to fostering knowledge in Marketing, Leadership,
and Customer Excellence. Her lasting accomplishments and important contributions in brand building
have made her a prominent industry leader who also speaks at various universities, national forums and
webinars on Marketing, Leadership and Customer excellence.
