At Kore.ai he drives Global Marketing, Strategic Positioning, Analyst relations Software platform, product, solutions marketing and Developer evangelism. He is also responsible for the company’s pipeline generation through integrated Marketing led demand generation, Inside Sales and Outbound prospecting, Channel Sales and Alliances. His charter at Kore.ai is to position the company’s award winning Conversational AI platform as the most advanced, most preferred and highly adopted end to end enterprise grade chatbot platform on the planet helping Global 2000 companies leverage the power of Conversational AI and Enterprise Chatbots. Earlier as the VP and Global Head of Marketing at Cigniti he drove the 360 degree marketing function across 13 countries including corporate marketing, analyst relations, demand generation, global partnerships and alliances, innovation and labs, delivered 5X ROMI year on year. He also drove the investor relations communication at Cigniti and was the brand custodian building the brand from scratch and positioning Cigniti to become the World’s second largest pure play IP led software testing services company recognized by Gartner, Forrester and all other global leading analyst firms. He also was the custodian of Cigniti’s CSR program in education. He has 19+ years of experience in diverse software companies playing diverse technology and management roles across functions in companies like Pramati, Apere (Acquired by Citrix), CA Technologies(Office of the CTO) & HCL-Cisco.
