Dr. Kumendra has total experience of over 23 years with an amalgamation of academics, sales & training. He currently is dean at a premier PGDM institute in Pune.

He is formally educated in Marketing & Human Resource Management and has worked across various Indian and International organizations. He has served 2 years with leading University in Saudi Arabia in the capacity of Associate Professor in Marketing domain.

Kumendra has experience of leading diverse corporate & academic teams and setting up institutional processes to enable individuals & institutions to deliver quality consistently.

Besides being an academician, he is also an established corporate trainer with expertise in Behavioural & Soft Skills Training at Supervisory & Managerial level in areas like team management, Leadership Development, Sales management et al. He has delivered more than 5000-man hours of in-class training and on-the-field coaching.

He is also an entrepreneurship educator certified by NEN-Stanford through its Entrepreneurship Educator Course.

His area of research is Green Marketing & Sustainable Development and has presented his research work in several national & international conferences.
