He has undergone intense training and acquired certificate from ivy league institutes like ISB Hyderabad, IIM Calcutta, IIM Ahmedabad, Cornell university USA, INSEAD France and Cambridge England. In his career he has recruited, trained, and nurtured close to 100 brand managers.

In his recent role Purnendu has shaped up Marketing, Digital, and SFE infrastructure for Cipla International, leading to consecutive market-beating growth for 2 years with his exceptional skills, and strong rationality. His consistent delivery quarter-over-quarter internal growth for the past 15 quarters has been widely recognized for his unwavering dedication to the organization.
