Radhika has an overall experience of over 14+ years across different gamut of marketing and communication. In her limited career span, she has worked on assignments across the spectrum, ranging from brand management, media and public relations - crisis and reputation management issues, digital marketing, client engagement marketing initiatives, employee and internal communications, employer branding and investor communications.

At A&M, she leads marketing for India and Southeast Asia region and is responsible for brand advocacy, public relations, digital strategy, and overall communications at the firm level.

Prior to joining A&M, she briefly worked with NIIF, India's sovereign wealth fund (SWF) where she spearheaded media relations, digital marketing, and internal communication for the Fund. Prior to NIIF, she worked with Avendus Capital, India's leading domestic investment bank and was instrumental in building the marketing and corporate communications function from scratch. She has also worked with PwC and CRISIL in her career as part of Markets and Investor Outreach team, respectively.

Radhika holds a Bachelor in Engineering in Information Technology and has done her MBA in Marketing from IILM, Gurugram. She is based in Bombay and outside work she enjoys reading, cooking and gardening in her free time.
