Recognised as one of India's Top 100 Most Influential Marketers, Vineeth Viswambharan is a Business, Marketing & Sales and New Business/Venture Development professional with 23 years of experience in Food, FMCG, e-Commerce, New Enterprise, Hospitality & Apparel. Vineeth did his Masters in Business Management from XLRI-Jamshedpur, specializing in Marketing & Sales and joined the multi-business conglomerate, ITC Ltd from campus in 2000. He worked with ITC for 17 years - in Business, Marketing, Sales & Supply Chain through 9 different assignments across ITC's flagship divisions / businesses, in varied geographies. ITC's leadership development approach to career planning gave him a plethora of assignments ranging from people leadership responsibilities privileging him to lead sales teams of size 2000 + to intellectually intense assignments in large new category launch projects to roles requiring setting up of new systems, processes, and work practices.
In 2017, Vineeth moved to Kochi, Kerala to set up his dream ventures rooted in Kerala's culture & history. Cranganor, a boutique riverside resort in the authentic experiential holiday space is today rated as one of Kerala's top properties. Vineeth also co-founded the handmade apparel brand Seamstress, which is a much talked about brand in the reimagined native-textiles space. With the new businesses running on their own steam, he set up an independent Business Consulting practice in 2019 and in 2020, joined Udaan, the leader and pioneer in the B2B e - Commerce space in India as Business Head for Private Brands and the Foods Business. In 2022, he joined Adani Wilmar as Business & Marketing Head for Food / FMCG.
